^01. The Brief

As the oldest and largest carpet stockist in the UK, Ramsden Mills run a thriving carpet supply and fitting business, based in Witham, Essex.  Originally established by Ronald and Patricia Addison, it remains a successful family run business today.  

Ramsden Mills came to us looking for help with their online presence to further extend their business offering, needing a new website built from scratch. 

^02. What we did  

The main focus of the new website was the customers, so user experience was paramount. We built a website that showcased all the fantastic products Ramsden Mills has to offer, alongside  allowing customers to work out the pricing of their carpets with the useful feature of an online cost calculator. 

^03. The Conclusion

The client now has a dynamic online catalogue, providing customers with a wealth of information that’s easily accessible. The website works well giving customers a flavour of the products available and the prices, whilst retaining the focus of getting the customer to the showroom where they will receive a personal service from highly experienced staff. 

Not only is the website user friendly it’s also built to enable them to have easy access, so they can update the content and product catalogue with ease.
